How does the welcome offer work?
The welcome offer works as a 50% first deposit match. When you make your first successful deposit, you’ll be in line to receive 50% of that amount, up to GHS 200, once you start betting and meet the requirements.
What are these playthrough requirements?
- Place bets that add up to an amount at least 3 times the amount of your first deposit
- Each of these bets has to have odds of 3.0 or higher
Once these requirements have been met, the Free Bet will be credited to your account.
What is a Free Bet?
You’ll notice that on your account, you’ll have a Cash balance and a Free Bet balance. The Cash balance will come from your deposits, and your Free Bets are bonuses that we will award you from time to time, perhaps for promotional reasons, or through qualifying for the welcome offer. The Free Bet is a bonus amount that you can use all at once on one bet, so you’ll see when you add a selection to a bet slip, the option will come up to use your Free Bet to place the bet, as opposed to your cash balance.
The Free Bet wagered amount is not included in any winnings. So, if you place a bet with your Free Bet and it wins, only the winnings will be paid to your account. For example: if you place a winning bet using your Free Bet of GHS 100, with odds of 2.0, the potential return would be GHS 300 (GHS 200 winnings plus your GHS 100 stake returned), however, since the GHS 100 stake wagered is a Free Bet, only the winnings of GHS 200 will be added to your balance.
